How Our Service Works

We Pick Up Your Machine – We schedule a convenient pickup time at your home in Boerne or the surrounding Hill Country communities.

We Service It in Our Shop – Your machine is taken to our workshop for a thorough inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and repair by a local sewing machine technician.

We Return It Ready to Sew – Once service is complete, we return your machine to your home—clean, tested, and running smoothly.
