By checking this box, you acknowledge that your sewing machine is being entrusted to The Stitcher Fixer LLC for basic, routine service (unless otherwise noted). If additional issues are discovered, The Stitcher Fixer LLC will contact you with available options and a cost estimate before performing any work beyond routine service, unless it has already been discussed and approved.

Upon completion of service, or if a machine is determined to be non-repairable, machines must be scheduled for return in a timely manner. The Stitcher Fixer LLC will notify you that your machine is ready using your preferred contact method.

Unless prior arrangements are approved in writing, machines must be returned to the customer within 30 days of the service completion date. Beginning on the first business day after 30 days, a storage fee of $25 per machine will be added to the balance due.

After 60 days from the service completion date, any unclaimed machine will be considered abandoned and will become the property of The Stitcher Fixer LLC. At that time, the machine may be sold or donated to charity at our discretion.
